Experience the therapeutic and mindful process of creating beautiful, symmetrical designs. No art experience needed. Perfect for anyone looking to connect with a spiritual practice that guides your focus and offers a profound connection to the present moment.
INTRODUCTION TO THE FOUR TRADITIONAL MEDICINES
Kelly Jeffords
The facilitator will interweave traditional teachings with hands on activities to engage participants in learning and/or gaining a deeper understanding of the 4 Traditional Medicines, while using the Medicine Wheel as a teaching tool.
Some basic teachings of harvesting practices and protocols

VISION BOARD: CREATING YOUR NEXT CHAPTER

Join Shelley for a fun and inspiring vision board workshop designed to help you pause, reflect and get intentional about what you want more of in your life. Rather than simply creating a collage, you’ll explore how you want the next year to feel, the experiences and relationships you want to nurture, and the changes you’d like to make. You’ll create your own personal vision board and leave with one simple action you can take toward bringing that vision to life. No artistic ability required — just come with an open mind and a willingness to dream a little!

CHAIR YOGA

This session is with Laurie-Ann, a chair yoga for healthy aging. Using breath work, yoga poses and forms we will aim to release tension, increase flexibility, restore balance in our mind and body and rejuvenate our spirit. This class is appropriate for all ages and stages we will end with a guided visualization meditation.

Enjoy this personal walk as a shared, intentional journey to slow down, connect with the earth, and listen to the landscape around you. Experience the transition away from daily distraction, that invites you to build a deeper relationship with the land as she is a living entity our 1 st Mother, Mother Earth. Moving through silent movement, sensory awareness, and community sharing afterwards.
