Memory Walk Registration

Registration Cost: $10

This event brings individuals and teams together to help keep palliative care and bereavement support available to our community at no cost.

Participants will receive a pledge form to collect donations and “In Memory” cards to honour loved ones who have died. Donations of $10 or more will receive a tax receipt.

After registering, an ELPC team member will contact you to provide your registration package and provide payment options.
