This wellness retreat offers a journey of wellness and connection from Mandala painting to nature self-portraits to chair yoga, and much more!
Our goal is to create 50 -150 Care Packages for 2026/2027 for individuals receiving palliative care, people accessing grief groups and/or support caregivers in our community.

The Teachings of the Medicine Wheel
Dorothy Keon
The Medicine Wheel contain symbolism relating to our eternal questions of existence. Personal harmony brings about relational harmony with "All my Relations". This includes those who share Mother Earth with us. Living in balance is the key to harmony. This introduction to the Medicine Wheel Teachings and parts of the Creation Story guides you along a path meant to help determine who you were meant to be.
