The Medicine Wheel contain symbolism relating to our eternal questions of existence.  Personal harmony brings about relational harmony with "All my Relations".  This includes those who share Mother Earth with us.  Living in balance is the key to harmony.  This introduction to the Medicine Wheel Teachings and parts of the Creation Story guides you along a path meant to help determine who you were meant to be.

Nature Self-Portraits: Reflecting with Found Materials

Connect with creativity and the natural world through a reflective art-making experience. Participants will use found natural materials such as leaves, twigs, stones, and flowers to create symbolic self-portraits. This mindful activity encourages personal reflection, grounding, and a deeper
appreciation of nature’s role in well-being.
